We have six types of rooms. On the one hand, rooms for up to two people (classic cosy room, standard room, superior room and privilege room) and, on the other hand, family rooms.
You can check in from 3 p.m. Have you arrived earlier? Let the hotel know.

This luxurious room has a wooden floor, bathroom with walk-in shower and air-conditioning.
You can have a cot (free of charge) added to a room. Please do tell us in advance.
Our hotel has one adapted room for disabled guests. If you require an adapted room, it is always a good idea to contact the hotel in advance to check availability.
Our hotel has 24 connecting rooms. These rooms are two rooms connected by a door between them. If you would like connecting rooms, it is always better to contact the hotel in advance to check availability.
Each day, our cleaning staff brings guests fresh towels and sheets (every three nights). In addition, the room is also freshened up.
Our hotel does not have rooms with a sea view.
Our hotel does not have any smoking rooms.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served in your room.
Breakfast is available between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Breakfast is € 25 per person. Children up to 10 years old pay 12.50 euros and the youngest up to 3 years are free.

Breakfast is served as a buffet. We offer different types of bread and croissants including chocolate ones. We also offer an extensive selection of spreads, cheese and cut meats, hot and cold drinks, granola, breakfast cereals and sweet items. We also offer hot dishes.
We offer the option of a ‘café croissant’ for € 6.50.

Sustainability

  • Back office: We invest more into digitisation and therefore we use less paper.
  • Gadgets: The items we use for our goody bags and welcoming gifts are carefully selected while firmly focusing on the environment and sustainability. Examples include reusable drinking bottles, cotton bags, etc.
  • Hotel:
    • Plastic cups in the bathroom have been replaced with glasses.
    • Avoiding plastic at breakfast.
    • Preventing the use of printed matter as much as possible.
    • Using single-use packaging as little as possible.
    • Waste processing on 4 levels (paper/carton, PMD (plastic, metal and beverage packaging/packs), glass and residual waste).
    • Preventing the use of portion bags as much as possible (for example, separately packaged chocolates).

Surrounding area

The hotel is located in the centre of Ostend on Marie Joséplein and is only 200 metres from the beach and casino. The address is Leopold Il-laan 20, 8400 Ostend.
The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and bistros. Feel free to ask our team at reception for their favourite addresses.
The hotel is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
There is a Spar 350 metres from the hotel.
Many tourist activities are near the hotel. Think of De Mercator, the casino/Kursaal, the shopping street, the Ensor Museum, Mu.ZEE, the royal galleries, the Japanese garden and, of course, the beach.
Parking is available at the public car park Zeeparking. We offer a few parking places at an economy rate. Parking is also possible at the casino.

Parking costs € 23,5 a day if arranged through the hotel. The public rate is € 27 a day.

You can reserve a place in the Zeeparking public car park at the economy rate.

Payment

Children pay as from the age of 12.
It is possible to pay at the hotel with cash, Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, eco-vouchers (Edenred & Sodexo), consumption vouchers (Edenred & Sodexo), Cheques vacances and Logeren In Vlaanderen holiday vouchers.
A reservation can be made without a credit card but then you must check into the hotel before 4 p.m.

The city tax is 5 euros per room per night.

Yes, you can. We can print an invoice or send one by email. If the invoice needs to be in a company name, please request it when you arrive.
We accept Bongo cards. You must, however, make a reservation on the www.bongo.be website in advance.
To make a reservation, send an email to HA159@accor.com and include the gift card’s number or contact us by telephone on +32 59 70 76 63.

This depends on the type of reservation you have made. If you have chosen for a reservation that must be prepaid, you can most likely no longer cancel. We are happy to welcome you from 3 p.m. Have you arrived slightly early? Please inform reception when you arrive. It is possible to leave your baggage behind for safe keeping.
You can check in online using the email that you will receive a few days in advance of your made reservation.
Yes, we have a safe and lockable luggage room.
Checkout is at 11.00 at the latest. A late check-out can be arranged for a supplement.
You can stay with us as from the age of 16.

Yes, we are happy to welcome your faithful four-footed friend. There is a supplement of € 25 per dog per night. Maximum 2 small pets or 1 large pet per room.

Our hotel does not have its own car park but we work together with the public car park run by Indigo – Zeeparking.

Parking costs € 23,5 a day if arranged through the hotel. The public rate is € 27 a day.

Yes, there are five charging points in the car park.
The hotel does not have bicycle storage facilities.
